Job Description: 

As our Finance Director at AstroForge, you will be instrumental in driving financial strategies aligned with our mission to make space resources accessible on Earth. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing financial operations crucial to achieving our goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, particularly within high-growth or technology-driven environments. Prior experience in fundraising or capital markets is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in payroll systems, benefits administration, budgeting and financial forecasting techniques. Experience in managing fundraising activities, including investor relations and capital allocation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions.
• A meticulous approach with a strong commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial operations, especially in fundraising documentation and reporting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities, including fundraising timelines and investor demands.
• Onsite work at our Huntington Beach, CA office is required.

Salary

• $140-$160k
